Disappointing experience.The staff talks back and has no ownership over the decisions.Everytime they have to “speak with the management” and I have to come back again and again in the shop with no proper decision or satisfactory answer.They sell you after service and then when you come back they change what was said upon selling.They keep on making promises and then once the money is in their pocket their care lower significantly.They need to better train the staff else they will keep on loosing clients like me.

For the amount it costs, I sometimes wish the sales experience would be a tad more … premium, but if it’s the clothing alone that you’re interested in, u could not recommend this more! I’ve had a few bespoke suits made and I have to say Parmar’s service is on another level. Ronald and Aravindh Sree were fantastic. They really consult and have great ideas on how to enhance the suit’s silhouette all while working around your preferences. I have a bit of a complicated physique (big shoulders, massive thighs) and so have had to have multiple fittings. They were gracious throughout and the end result is amazing. I’m getting married in this suit so I really wanted it to be perfect and I feel like it is. Highly highly recommended!

Soooo we accidentally visited this place with my wife a few months back. I never bought a custom made outfit before so it was a brand new experience for me. Ronald made us feel welcome and had incredible amount of patience walking us through the process and the various decisions that needed to be made.We wanted an outfit for our daughter's first birthday and Ronald guided us through the various jacket, shirt, and pant styles. Showed us dozens of good color combinations and made very nice recommendations. We ended up picking a jacket, 2 shirts, and 3 trousers hahahaha. Highly recommended. I have tried various apparently “high end” tailors around Dubai, in the end Parmar are the only ones that have come close to the quality I’ve experienced at Saville Row, London. I believe for someone who hasn’t had a custom made suit, you will have a good experience. But for someone who has had a few made you will be able to pick up quickly the lack in finesse. There is just a lower level of attention to details is what I had experienced. Whilst they are open to requests, they’re just not proactive in taking a step back to ensure everything is perfect. Also, knowing that the person is travelling straight after picking up the suit, maybe give them a travel suit bag instead. Faced issues with my jacket sliding off on many occasions during my travel. Best of luck.

I have been using Parmar since 2007/8 and whilst I’ve flirted with other tailors in town, in my heart of hearts I know that Parmar are the best.
